Synopsis
The musician Bayandalai met the old artist Bugasenden during field recording and interviews in the Nilek Oirat area of Xinjiang from 2012 to 2016, and helped her to complete the music album of Mongolian traditional stringed instruments. The album consists of 12 pieces she performed with TOVSHUR. The content of the twelve pieces of music is composed of twelve different stories in life. She perfectly integrated her simple life philosophy into her music art, which had a great impact on Bayandalai’s later music creation concept. He understood that the soil suitable for creating good original music had been completely lost. After that, Bayandalai suspended original music creation and began to use experimental music as the main creative style, following his inner feelings to make his own music. A few years later, Bugasenden’s health began to deteriorate, and Bayandale hopes to once again perform an impromptu show with her.
