As a vital component of the contemporary youth cultural ecosystem, FIRST provides ample space for the development of volunteer culture. While presenting annual cinematic trends, FIRST aspires to build a cultural landmark, inviting young people who care about diverse cultures to join in the celebration and showcase the spirit of contemporary youth through collective action. FIRST International Film Festival hopes to encourage broader participation in discussions on the strategic development of youth culture.<\/div>\r\n

FIRST has always believed that light and shadow are a silver coin imprinting the spirit of the times. When cast into the clear sky three thousand meters above sea level, the spectrum it reflects illuminates unnamed cultural veins.
