Xu Bei has 20 years of extensive experience in documentary filmmaking. She focused on the production of direct cinema in early years and began to produce documentaries on historical and cultural themes since 2012. Her representative works are INTO THE CITY, BEHIND THE FRONTLINE, LIANDA: A CHINESE UNIVERSITY IN WAR AND REVOLUTION, ONE DAY WHEN WE WERE YOUNG.
