Director, scriptwriter, editor and artistic director. His works include the feature films THE SUMMER IS GONE, STARS AWAIT US, the series MOSES ON THE PLAIN, the short films ALL TOMORROW’S PARTIES, DAY IS DONE and FUZZ. THE SUMMER IS GONE was nominated for Best Narrative Feature Film, Best Director, Best Performance and Best Artistic Originality at the 10th FIRST International Film Festival. THE SUMMER IS GONE won Best Narrative Feature, Best New Performer and FIPRESCI Prizes at the 53rd Golden Horse Awards. In 2021, his short film DAY IS DONE won the Silver Bear Jury Prize at the 71st Berlinale. MOSES ON THE PLAIN was selected to compete at Berlinale Series. ALL TOMORROW’S PARTIES was once again selected to compete at Berlinale Shorts and ten more international film festivals.

Anna Henckel-Donnersmarck

Anna Henckel-Donnersmarck is a filmmaker, videoartist and film curator. She creates video projections for theater, opera, dance and music concerts as well as video installations for exhibitions and museums. She teaches at art schools and has been working for film festivals as programmer, moderator or member of the jury for more than 20 years now. Since 2019 she is the Head of Berlinale Shorts, the official competition for short films at the Berlinale.

Wang Chuanjun

Renowned actor. Wang Chuanjun is a graduate of the Shanghai Theatre Academy. He officially entered the entertainment industry in 2006 and has since performed numerous memorable characters in many popular films and television series. In 2018, he performed in the film DYING TO SURVIVE and won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 14th Changchun Film Festival, the Annual Actor award from the 10th China Film Directors’ Guild, and the Best Supporting Actor award at the 35th Hundred Flowers Award. He was also nominated for the Best Supporting Actor award at the 32nd Golden Rooster Awards. His upcoming film, NO MORE BETS, in which he plays the leading role, is releasing soon.
